 Our "Sport" tool and the Self-Care Set No. 2 are perfect options for athletes or for those who exercise on a normal basis.   There is certainly a spectrum of expertise involved in instrument assisted soft tissue therapy and we recommend getting some guidance from a therapist, trainer, or chiropractor.

However, routine tool assisted soft tissue self care is extremely helpful during treatment for an injury or for preventing myofascial dysfunction while exercising, training, or competing .    After many years of success with our first Sport tool we took in comments and suggestions for our 2015 redesign.   The new “Sport” tool has a non slip grip, longer treatment edge, balanced handle, tendon notch, and comes with a protective slip cover.
